We collect information about our Users so that we can provide and promote the Websites, customize the Website to the individual needs of our Users, support and assist our Users in using the Websites, improve the Websites and contact the Users with important Website updates and to send messages that are integral to the service we provide on the Websites.

a) We do not share contact details of our Users with third parties if we do not have the User�s consent to share that information.

a) Users may send booking inquiries to Owners via a contact form on the listing pages. If the User chooses to send an enquiry through these links, his/her/it personal information, including e-mail address and telephone number will be visible to the recipient so that the Owner can reply to the him/her/it. The User should not share information in the booking inquiry that he/she/it is not prepared to allow the Owner to have, including, but not limited to, credit card and bank account information.

b) Once a User makes an inquiry, the name, e-mail address, telephone numbers and fax number provided by the Owner is automatically sent via e-mail to the inquirer.

c) Inquiries are also retained by us. The content of these inquiries is not shared with any third party, but we may use third party e-mail servers to send and track receipt of the inquiry e-mails.

6. NEWSLETTER

Users will only receive a newsletter from us if we have their consent. Users may cancel their subscription to these newsletters at any time in their user�s account.
